Corrieyairack & Fasnacloich 'Corrieyairack' and 'Fasnacloich' cottages have been newly built to the highest standards, and are situated in the picturesque village of Dervaig on the Isle of Mull, 8 miles from the main town of Tobermory. Both houses are identical. .................................................... These comfortable, modern
houses are only 50 yards from the Bellachroy Hotel, 100 yards from the
local shop/post office, and 200 yards from Loch a' Chumhainn, a sealoch inlet
from the Atlantic Ocean.
The houses can each sleep 8 people in four bedrooms ( 2 doubles & 1 twin upstairs and 1 twin downstairs ). There is a spacious bathroom upstairs and shower room downstairs. The living areas have a wood burning stove (fuel provided), television with digital channels, video/DVD player and CD player. Each house has a fully fitted oak kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and dishwasher, and dining area with doors leading out to a patio with seating. The utility room has a washing machine and drying area. The ferry crossing from Oban ( which is 3 hours by road from both Edinburgh and Glasgow ) is 40 minutes to Craignure on Mull. The wildlife and scenery
are spectacular, there is the opportunity to visit the islands of Iona
and Staffa from Mull, and Tobermory's brightly coloured harbour front
is the inspiration for the popular children's television programme -
Balamory.
